So who are we?
For 20 years she trained and taught in the fitness profession, with a passion for human anatomy and improving function and quality of life. She also worked as an ICU nurse for 10 years, spending time with the sickest of sick. From her own pain of struggling with depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, and food and body image issues, she moved into functional wellness, helping people work on their health from the inside out using a root health approach. Her focus is on finding the right supplement support paired with healthy lifestyle and mindset transformation to create a natural healing environment for you to thrive in. She’s transformed her own body and mind and has helped over 25,000 others do the same.
As a mom of 6 children under 16, she understands that health can’t take up all of your attention, that health solutions should be simple and sustainable, and that your wellness is absolutely foundational to enjoying an incredible life.
