Brooke Hemingway

Brooke Hemingway is a former ICU nurse and fitness professional with no entrepreneurial experience turned powerhouse 7 figure entrepreneur, specializing in health and mindset. As a multi passionate entrepreneur, High Performance Coach, speaker, event creator, and mom, she has unique experience building multiple businesses, maintaining amazing health, and coaching others to do the same. From leadership, strategy, and mindset to tactically what it truly looks like, she helps women and men become unstoppable and awakened to their full potential. For her, it all starts with reclaiming your ideal health.

For 20 years she trained and taught in the fitness profession, with a passion for human anatomy and improving function and quality of life. She also worked as an ICU nurse for 10 years, spending time with the sickest of sick. From her own pain of struggling with depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, and food and body image issues, she moved into functional wellness, helping people work on their health from the inside out using a root health approach. Her focus is on finding the right supplement support paired with healthy lifestyle and mindset transformation to create a natural healing environment for you to thrive in. She’s transformed her own body and mind and has helped over 25,000 others do the same.

Thomas Hemingway

Thomas Hemingway, MD is a board certified physician, who emphasizes prevention over prescription.  He has more than 20 years of experience in medicine, health, and wellness, working with patients to live better, healthier and longer. His mission is to save 100 million lives by optimizing health and wellness and to help you live your best life and avoid the common deadly diseases of our time.  He has specialized knowledge in the area of functional medicine, from gut health, to nutrition, to hormones, and other natural solutions.  

His book, “PREVENTABLE!  5 Powerful Practices to Avoid Disease and Build Unshakeable Health” describes the foundational principles of creating solid lifelong health.    He also loves sharing this powerful message in his top rated health podcast “Unshakeable Health” where he is known for distilling down the latest medical knowledge and science into easily digestible and actionable steps which can impact our lives in the present AND the future. 

He is also a devoted husband, and proud father to 6 wonderful humans with whom he enjoys time in the outdoors connecting while surfing, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, skateboarding, mountaineering and playing tennis.  You can find him surfing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, and living to the fullest, a true example of what it looks like to age and live and live well.
